FlyingCodes Technology founder Mr. Ardy Lee has met with the leaders of the Sichuan Nuclear Industry Disabled Persons’ Association (SCCJR) and XiCi Group, a corporation with 20 years history focusing on the  Rehabilitation Services for the Disabled.  FlyingCodes unique “Point and Connect” and “Point and Guide” technical characteristics have been adopted at the Public welfare projects in China to empower the disabled people traveling freely and independently in China and data collection for better health and rehabilitation recording.  During the meeting, both parties have reached a partnership agreement to join force building a unique eco-platform for disabled people.

FlyingCodes, as the pioneer of the latest technology development, will be very honoured to cooperate with the Sichuan Nuclear Industry Disabled Persons’ Association (SCCJR) and XiCi Group, this cooperation is representing FlyingCodes technology is stepped forward to pave our way in China to help improve and disrupt the disability Public welfare industry with new technology and big data platform.

Sichuan Federation of Nuclear Industry Disabled Persons (SCCJR) was the only disabled person association direct organized by Mr. Deng Pufang – the founder and former director of the China Disabled Persons’ Federation.  Approved by the Ministry of Nuclear Industry, on April 16, 1993, the Sichuan Provincial China Disabled Persons’ Federation (CDPF) formally approved the establishment of SCCJR.  SCCJR is the China Disabled Persons Association authorized one of the two civil society organizations.
